A good product that could have been so much better.
On the negative. The use of Quick-Release lock fittings was a good idea - poorly implement. They simply don't lock as well as other quick-release lever based system I've encountered. One has to apply considerable pressure to the quick-release locks to feel confident they are in fact - locked. This leaves one in fear that this product might fail at sometime, dumping equipment onto the equipment below. Time will tell. Having two independent feet is fiddly and annoying. But this would have been the easy solution given a design with a vertical central column. Cutting corners to keep price down I expect. On the positive. This stand is highly adjustable. Employing a center vertical stem allows one to set angle in the horizontal plane in addition to setting height and angle of platform in the vertical plane.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
