Worth The Price
This Zeiss lens is a pretty penny, no doubt, but the image quality and features it provides is well worth it. I mostly use the lend for videography and it has worked well for me shooting on both my gimbal (DJI Ronin) and handheld. The focus ring is big and smooth, and the f-stop ring on the lens is super handy too. I'd give it a 9/10. It would be a 10/10 if it didn't make the camera so heavy. Overall a great lens.

Best 35mm Lens
This is an outstanding, one of its kind and one of the best, Zeiss lenses out there. It is solid, sharp, the bokeh is gorgeous, and the focus is very fast specially when paired with stellar cameras such as the A7r II. It's got an aperture ring, which is just amazing as well. Insane sharpness
I have used a lot of lens in my wedding business. This lens alone could be the breaking point to dump nikon. Paired with a A9 this is the sharpest lens I have ever used.
