Broken. Gross. Waste of time.
Headset is broken in several areas. Earbud housing is missing a chunk of plastic. Missing screen on one earpiece that prevents dirt from getting into earbud. Headset has nasty crud on earbud housing (hard to see in picture) from previous user's sweat/dirt. Packaging was absolutely disgusting too... looks like they pulled it out of a garbage can! Cheap earbud silicone replacement was below LG standards, were super thin, and another color than factory black. This thing has clearly had a hard life and is on it's last leg! Having to send these busted headphones back!

This is my second one, my job has me outdoors in all kinds of weather. It is my phones bluetooth for phone calls and listening to music. I wear it probably 12 hours a day pretty much every day. I currently own one for myself and bought another to gift to my dad. I have to say that though theres already a much newer version of this, to those who don't want to spend too much and yet be satisfied, I would suggest this item to anyone. The sound is top notch. Clear when making calls. functions help for easy use. Currently using this and is by far one of the best items ive bought as far as headphones/headsets on-the-go. I've read reviews regarding concerns of the retractable wire that is too thin, its actually pretty study. Ive had mines now for over a year and I've had no issues with any tearing or damage due to use of it...
