    Almost perfect

This would be a five star report if based on performance alone. It works as advertised has not yet (Three weeks in use) shown any tendency to not perform as an excellent USB hub. However, the Hub has no mounting ability designed into the Hub. It has a smooth, polished, and slippery bottom surface with no ability to screw, nail, or glue the hub to a surface. This of course causes the hub when USB cables are plugged into it, to "skitter" across what ever surface it is placed on. A provision to Fix-mount the hub to a surface is a desired feature. Preferable a mount that allows both horizontal and vertical fixed mounting of this otherwise excellent hub.

    Just Okay

I bought a refurbished model. First Anker sent the wrong one, but they were great about replacing it... maybe the nicest customer service ever. The "wrong model" worked perfectly but had a slight hum. The replacement works well about 98 percent of the time. Occasionally, my devices act like they are unplugged, so I have to reboot or fiddle with device manager in my Windows 10 Pro. I keep plugged in my Targus USB 3 docking station, a Logitech mouse, Brother label printer and cell phone cable. All connect fine every boot. It is just the occasional disconnect that bothers me. That is the only reason it is not a five star. Don't expect the charge-only ports to provide Quick Charge 3.0 results; they only provide regular charge speeds and, of course, no data. I wish I had kept that wrong model. Still this product is incredibly convenient. Yeah, I would but it again. I would likely get a new one. Ndmand

  • Great addition to MacBook air with just two USB ports

Modern laptops work so hard to be really small and portable that it can be hard to use their computing power. This hub retains the speed of the USB 3.0 interface and, further, provides the power for an expanded set of peripherals without concern for the power limitations of the computer. The three USB ports with just power are a convenience for modern devices that use the USB interface for a source of power to recharge all kinds of batteries - including something like a smart phone that one does not want to link to the computer but needs a rapid charge. Great product.

  • Great device. Great price.

Does exactly what it was designed to do and does it well. Charges my iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Air 2 about as fast as possible. It's also nice having the SS USB 3 ports on my desktop for connecting the pile of thumb drives I inevitably ferry between home and work constantly. If I had to come up with a negative, I guess it would be that my joystick stays powered on ow even when my PC is off? That's really all I have...

  • Very nice hub. Fast and dependable

This hub works great and moves data really fast. The charging ports are handy too. The wires both come out of one end, making it fit nicely on anyone’s busy desk.

  • Good choice.

I had a Syba 3.0 that gave me trouble for a long time. I would always have to unplug and plug the power and USB cable to get it to work. I finally junked it and got this one. This works great. What is nice about this one is that you can change the cord that you plug into your computer to any length you want. I almost bought a different Anker that had a short fixed cord. That would not have worked for me as I keep my computer on the floor and I want this port on my desk within reach. Good Choice

  • Very good, value for money product.

It has been a pleasure to use for just over a couple weeks now. It works smoothly, connects effortlessly and is reliable in every sense. If I could change a thing, i"d just ask for a "master" button, to be able to turn it on and off. But, hot-swapping works smoothlly anyway.
