Lightweight with great features
It is light weight and small enough for my arms. They site has a lovely tutorial with various tips. Also check out Utube. The Premium package for six months is free and i am using the program, to my own amazement (amusement also). I really like the program to track my sleeping habits and now have a much greater understanding of why I feel the way I do when I wake or later in the day when I feel tired. Lightweight
