Great for some, not for others Do I recommend it ? ...No Why ... I think it was hard to get into. Is it good value? ....For me it wasn't ...I must have missed something. Is the content compelling? No... As I said I must have missed something because I have read many a good review on this book. So I'll just say it wasn't for me. The first 50% of this book is his story about wanting to be a superhero and how there’s a ‘superhero in all of us’. (I didn't find my superhero) Okay, and then the rest of the book talks about eating healthy, sleeping well, and believing in yourself.
