Noco GB70 review.
Fantastic, the best jump starter you buy period. The GB70 is underrated for 2000 Amps, where the latest model GBX75 is accurately rated for 2500 Amps. Actually both are good for about 2500 Amps. Poor Off/ON switch
The off/on switch is poorly located and designed as it only requires the slightest touch to turn the unit on and this can easily be inadvertently done when the unit is inside the black carry that came with it by simply resting on something or being picked up. The first time I went to use mine it was dead flat. I fixed this issue on mine by gluing a thick metal washer over the off/on switch so that you have to push your finger into the hole in the washer to turn the unit on, not 100% infallible but way better than what it was as mine sits behind the seat in my Toyota landcruiser ute. No point even having it if the slightest bump or movement is going turn it on and have it go flat.
