Very disappointed because setup would not allow me to use non-HP inks as an alternative unlike the similar 8710 printer that had no restrictions..
The printer is unable to use non-hp genuine inks because there is a block in its software. This makes it much more expensive to buy inks. I have an older but similar 8710 printer that prints with non-generic inks, however, the printhead is becoming worn and that is why I chose to have a similar printer because I would like to continue using the alternative inks. I love the fact that you can set up to print fro your mobile devices through wifi and that it has the option to do double sided printing, scanning and is a multiple page copier! Good printer for the money
Somewhat easy to set up. Had trouble getting the scan function to work. Turns out, after you load the software, you have to re-start your computer. It didn't tell you that in the set up directions.
