Clean and sharp
As it it all one piece of metal the joining of the handle is sloped and not at 90 degrees, this stops dirt build up. They handle well and are sharp enough for the toughest meat. Tried ceramic, they are really sharp but brittle. These are a every day use knife which can also go out for guests, to cut meat with, and not distract from the fine cutlery.
