    A good unit

    A good multiband radio for use on camping trips where mains power not available. It can also be used with an external USB 5 volt solar power source. It takes a bit of practice though to save stations in its memories. But that's just me, a 70 year old who finds it hard to learn new skills.

    Compact, robust, multiband radio

    We were happy with the radio. It gives surprisingly good audio quality for such a small-sized speaker. The short-wave reception was not as sensitive as we would have liked at 10uV/m, and it would have been good to have the facility to plug in an external antenna rather than having to clip a wire to the provided telescopic antenna.
