Trouble bonding CPAP mask
Cpap masks are made of a material that is similar to Lexan and difficult to bond. In the past I have tried many 5 minute epoxies which work okay for a while but separate at the glue joint eventually. This product takes longer to set-up so I had to fixture it to hold it in place during the set time. Seems to hold better so far with a thinner bond line.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Sets too fast, but is strong.
This stuff is very strong provided your surfaces are clean and prepped well. The working time is shorter than it says though. As in, within five minutes it's already too gooey to pour effectively. Maybe the definition of 'set time' is different from mine, but I was hoping it would be liquid for 15-30 minutes at least. No dice, I'd say about 5 minutes. Clear n strong
I use this product when doing woodworking is an excellent adhesive and strong with a clear finish. Use it a lot as a clear coat for my ornaments, don't have to worry about anyone scratching it or rubbing the paint off , I usually have a decal on the ornament and with this as a clear coat... won't come off. Permanent fix
This product was very easy to use. The easy mixing procedure took the mess out of measuring exact amounts of two parts. Mixing was simple. Application was very easy. The working time was excellent. Great adhesive, very strong for most materials!
I chose this due to the strength, AND the cap that would allow future use of the glue. The package came with a stick that would prevent the two solutions from coming together, and that stick was used to stir the two to activate the catalyst. everything you could ask for
The 30-minute set time is convenient. I use it to glue a metal screens to cement and it holds very nicely. Unlike some other brands, the Devcon plunger pushes the epoxy and resin out nice and evenly and with little effort, a nice thing if you're using all of it at once and an even bigger plus if you're only using some of it. Also, the plastic caps it comes with stays put on the cut tube ends better than any of the other brands of epoxy I've used, so much less likely to have it accidentally spill out in the tool box.
