    Why didn't I get one of these sooner?

    Have been using the Varidesk for a couple months now. Some days, I don't sit at all any more. Other days, I spend about half standing, and half sitting. I feel like this thing has changed my life... for the better! I think I'm actually loosing some weight. I know my back is stronger and hurts less than it used to. I can now stand comfortably for long periods, even when not at work. Never could do that before without causing severe back pain. In the past, I've always had trouble with back pain, especially at night when trying to sleep, but I've now switched to milder pain meds already, and my goal is to be rid of them entirely.
