I have a number of good quality kitchen ...
I have a number of good quality kitchen knives. I have tried diamond sharpening stones and draw-through type sharpeners. After reading reviews and recommendations, I bought this diamond-coated tool. Turns out to be the only one that will sharpen my knives including a super hard Japanese pairing knife. Very easy to learn how to use and only 5-6 passes aling the curved surface of the tool and it restores a very sharp edge to my knife.
