In getting my body prepared for total knee replacement surgery one thing that was suggested was taking a multi vitamin along woth vitaim c, iron and folic acid. I have been using Garden of life products since May of 2006 with my first attack of diverticulitis. Each year they come out with products that has done more that I could possibly imagine, and I love all the products, but this b-complex has given me the opportunity to stay much healthier before the surgery but I have been healing at a greater rate since my surgery.
