Hey, it's a safety flag that stands tall because of a fiberglass pole and what appears to be a bright orange vinyl thingy that waves around when pedaling and draws the attention of those unlucky to be couped up in a car. Odd use
I purchased this bicycle flag to use on a log splitter. I was not able to view the splitter when trying to back it up with my pickup. I used a 90 degree angle for the mounting bracket. This is held in place with a set of locking pliers and is removed when the splitter is being used. The upper stem and flag are high enough for me to see the flag.
