Works well with welders too.
For some time now I've been looking for a dust cover for my welding cart and its contents but despite numerous searches, online and in shops, I was unable to source a cover that was of a suitable size or that wasn't ridiculously overpriced. Having had no luck sourcing a cover for the cart and contents I decided to search for covers which would fit the contents individually and on searching eBay for suitable covers I came across these sewing machine covers which were of the correct dimensions to fit my Flux core and Stick welders. As they were not too expensive I ordered two and they were delivered within a few days. The covers seem to be well made and of reasonably good quality, only time will tell if they stand up to the abuse of being removed and replaced when required, but at this point in time I do not envisage any problems. It goes without saying that you should avoid having showers of sparks from grinding/cutting or weld spatter coming into contact with the covers as inevitably they will melt through, as the description says they will protect against dust, dirt and lint. You will see from the attached photograph that they are an excellent fit for my welders, I have only shown one as they are both of roughly the same dimensions. I would have no hesitation in recommending these covers, they do a great job of protecting my welders so I'm sure they would do equally as well for sewing machines.
