Nice rack. No pun intended (maybe)
I saw these online and was comparing them to other manufacturers. For the features and price I decided to buy it. First, this rack is fairly heave, more stout than I thought it would be. It is super easy to use and setup. The only gripe I have is that it wobbles a fair amount in my hitch receiver even with the locking bolt supplied by them. I had to line the inside of my receiver with velcro to keep the rack from wobbling. It still shakes going down the road but not as bad as before. Other than that, it works great and looks good.

OK, I have yet to actually use the carrier yet, but.....it is of very high quality, well made, sturdy. Looks to function extremely well and efficient. Nice features. The price paid on eBay was an excellent value. Would definitely recommend this product.
