Compact Design Uncomfortable Handle
The design of the teapot is let down by the handle which has an awkward grip. It tends to slip out of the hand and you have to be careful you grip it carefully. The handle also tends to get very hot. This pot does make a good cup of tea and the infuser works very well.

Difficult handle
An OK teapot but not as good a design compared to our last one we had because it has a metal handle that gets hot and a shape that makes it hard to pickup. Our previous one had a plastic handle that was easy to pick up and didn't get hot.

Nice looking pot, unfortunately handle gets hot.
The handle of the teapot gets very hot. Otherwise it looks good, seems to be good quality after the short time I've been using the teapot.
