Bad review of Knot Out Pet Comb
Received the Knot Out yesterday (May 2nd) tried it this morning with brand new AAA batteries, and half of the time it wouldn't start when you pushed the button, and failed to run or bogged down, and stopped even lightly combing through thinner surface hair on my poodle/mix. I checked the batteries that I used with a voltmeter, and they were all in perfect fully charged condition. While it looks good at first glance, upon using this Knot-Out comb, it seems to be poorly designed and was built with way too small a motor for its intended purpose. Lightweight, did it's job.
I really liked the fact that is was lightweight and easy to use. I would forget that you were to brush through the animals fur and press the button when you came to the matte, instead I kept it running while I went over the whole dog, and burned through the 4 AAA batteries rather quickly. Knotout comb
We did not find this product to work as advertised. The blades to cut the tangles out of our cats fur was not strong enough to do it. We would not recommend anyone to buy this comb. It sounded good on the commercials on TV but did not do what it promised. We would return it, but we already had taken it out of the wrapper to use it. Poor product
This items is not what it shows I have a Maltese and I tied to remove tangles and this thing just don't work. I am so disappointed on this item. Do not purchase.
