Dental flossing sticks - great with the long handle - glad I found them, not often seen in the shops these days.

Love the Access flosser. It's a wonderful invention, getting at all those hard-to-reach places. Got these replacement heads at a good price, although the packaging was damaged in transit and I lost 25% of them (one blister of the pack was torn open, along with the envelope they were posted in).
