Very good product.
Easy to use, and great value. As a computer technician - i found it very useful and already order another one. The only glitch, is that cloning from one disk to other thru the Sabrent is very slow.

I tried on full size hard drive, windows is not detect at all! only work with 2.5 hard drive and can't clone! the light is just shows power on that's! it's not shows hard drive activities! very much useless!

Issue with the first one but Sabrent replaced it.
Purchased this docking station and used it for about 4 days. I then set it aside for a few weeks during the holidays. I went to use it again a few days ago and no drive can be recognized. Naturally I noticed the problem after the 14 day return period from the seller. Once the problem was brought to Sabrent's attention, they replaced it for me without any issues. I would highly recommend purchasing any product that Sabrent manufactures as they stand behind what they make.

plug and play. reads wd drives that others do not. price was very good. I had old ide drives from 7 years ago and was able to get tons of old pics and files i had lost. looks like a mini toaster. Paid for itself just on recovery and using as second back up bank. The extra slots for usb an sd simply wonderful. they put a lot into this product in thoughtfulness I wish they did the same with smart phones. This is one very smart product

Nice drive device
Plug in the drive(s) and start copying files. You can also leave it unplugged from your computer and put in two drives to copy one to another. Haven't done that yet, but I will at some point. USB 3 copies real fast.
