    They really do work

    I bought these for my partner who struggles with a number of mental health issues and takes up to 5 medications for them. She started to get very intense panic attacks which the prescription meds kept at bay but don't any longer. Taking one tablet reactively to her anxiety keeps her calm and relaxed and stops the anxiety developing into a full blown panic attack. I'm so happy that I found these tablets for her. This is working for pretty severe anxiety, so if you are using them for mild anxiety as the product recommends I could see them being effective for most people. Ive also tried them at night and had a deep uninterrupted sleep. Highly reccomend them.
