  • A better deal IMHO than a brand new MacBook Pro 16

This was an awesome purchase! 100% satisfied! Exactly as advertised, plus more. Boundlessmacs doesn't just refurbish MacBooks; they make them better than the original. This is a 2015 MacBook Pro 15. But the insides are upgraded to 2022 specs. They give you a brand new battery. Even the OS is Monterrey! i7 plus turbo boost, it's as if it was built from the bottom-up in 2022. (which it was!) My video editing is a breeze with this thing! A better deal IMHO than a brand new MacBook Pro 16. Does everything the latest MacBook does for $1,500 less! What a value! Don't spend all your money on that latest MacBook! Why would you pay over $2,000 when you can get the same thing for around $500. Plus, it is built so well that it will last for years. Boundlessmacs even gives you a 3-year warranty! Kudos to Boundlessmacs!!

  • 2015 MBP 15" is an oldie but a goodie, it's GREAT

AFTER buying a used 2108 MBP which broke in less than a year, I decided on a new/used 2017. Then started reading about the "troubled years" MBP's were made and not to buy them. Although the 2017 had not given me any problems I decide to return it and go with an older, more reliable model. The 2015 MBP, The year before they introduced the touch pad model. I miss the fingerprint log in and how extremely lightweight when compared to our current 2012 and 2015 MBP's, But those are the ONLY things I miss. Loving this new/old computer!! If I could afford a new MBP, I would get the the one that no longer has the touch-bar, as that fact they have brought back more ports than just 4 USB type C and a headphone jack.I do miss not being to put in a CD or DVD. But I'll get over it.

  • Good value

So far so good - only had it a couple of weeks and haven't used it much as I've been working on my desktop mostly but it's a great improvement on my old Macbook that was slowly dying... It's light and the battery life seems to be good. I was thinking of buting a brand new M1 Macbook Pro but realised that I don't need that kind of processing power for what i do (mostly write scripts) so it's ore than capable of dealing with that. A few minor scratches on the casing but those could happen on a brand new item very easily.

  • Can't tell it from a brand new laptop.

The laptop is not distinguishable from brand new. Absolutely a very good value to replace an identical laptop that had a battery swelling problem.

  • Great product!

Battery life could be a little bit better. I love the screen size and the multiple ports are so helpful for me as a video editor

  • Don't buy a MacBook newer than (early) 2015

Apple's new MacBook keyboards fail at 2x the speed of older MacBooks, the new 'touchpad' has a software-enabled escape key? They also got rid of the headphone jack and MagSafe power adapter. Oh, and then they raised the price. Buy yourself a slightly older MacBook and you'll be happy! This 2013 MacBook runs like a champ for 4k video editing, and some light gaming. Wt2015 maon't be outdated for years to come.

  • Really a spectacular Mac!

Really a spectacular Mac (mid-2015, 11,5). Has the older style keyboard which is just a bazillion times better then the ones Apple used between 2016 and 2020. A bit thicker and slightly heavier than the later models, but it is still super fast and can handle the latest OS Monterey. Plus, it has USB ports! Bought this for my wife to use for college and she is loving it. We're very happy with this purchase. All this for a fraction of the cost of a newer model. No regrets whatsoever.

  • Used MacBook Pro

this was an excellent purchase! I needed an older operating system to be able to run my creative Suite 6. Help from Apple and from Adobe has made me up and running and so thrilled! I got exactly what I needed!
