Excellent mouse, lacking slightly in documentation
It is a fairly large mouse so if you have small hands, maybe this isn't the one for you. But, the features are outstanding and the out-of-the box (OOB) configuration of the buttons are sensible (I didn't really have to configure it much using the Logitech Options software. The only thing that is slightly lacking though is the OOB documentation. I thought it could've been a bit more user friendly and list up front what each button did by default. The tracking was on point and solid even over Bluetooth and free scroll is a must for productivity. The side scroll is great for large spreadsheets.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This improved mouse is rubbish compared to the previous model, the free wheeling scroll wheel does not work as well as the previous model, and the Back/Forward buttons are stupidly difficult to get to, I never had to think where is that button on the previous model, wish I could have bought one of those older models instead.....Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best mouse on the market
I use a mouse more than 8 hours per day and have a tried a few now. This one is the most comfortable/natural position so I don’t have any pain in my wrist anymore. Battery life is great, one full charge lasts weeks. The mouse is super accurate with the option to customise allot of different shortcut commands into the mouse. One helluva mouse it is!
This mouse is crazy! There's a lot of points to consider why this is "The" best mouse on the planet: 1) design - the way it fits my hand and placement of buttons is very ergonomic. The texture also has a great feel to it like premium rubbery plastic so it latches to your hand comfortably. The feedback on the scroll wheel also has a nice feel to it especially if you pull fast enough to put it to "auto" mode! And the looks on this mouse - like a premium sports car, reminds me of a Lambo! 2) functionality - the scroll wheel can scroll continuously either via switch or if you scroll it quick enough. There are also six visible buttons (including the wheel which is clickable) and one hidden under your thumb which defaults to gestures, also two scroll wheels and all buttons can be customised. I hate reading manuals and would not find out about the "Gesture" button if I had not installed the software Logitech Options. 3) built-in battery, this one lasts 70 days in one full charge! 4) multi-device ability, there is a button underneath the mouse to switch between three devices, and you can either connect via Bluetooth or the dongle (you need to install "Unifying software" to use the dongle) 5) weight - it is not too light nor too heavy, perfect for day-to-day work and some photo editing, do not play games anymore but I reckon this is perfect as well 6) Accuracy - this mouse is very sensitive and accurate, never skipped a beat even when I was not using mouse pad. The motion is also very fluid, never got stuck in my mouse pad. Quite on the premium price for a mouse but it is very well worth it!

Excellent desktop mouse
This is an excellent desktop mouse. Plenty of possibilities to adjust to your taste. Well built. I only put 4 stars because it is using Bluetooth Smart V. 4.0 meaning it is not supported using older bluetooth technology. You still have the dongle included which works well. I am using a MAC PRO 4.1 upgraded to 5.1 and I use the dongle to connect the mouse. The Bluetooth technology in the Mac is too old to work with that mouse. So just ensure your computer support this new Bluetooth technology otherwise buy it and use the dongle. Overall a good product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This mouse is a beast. Recommend
This mouse is relatively heavy; feels super sturdy and high quality. Sensor seems to work on all surfaces I've tried. The scroll wheel is... it's hard to explain, but you can flick it hard and it'll keep scrolling at high speed for several seconds; kinda cool, and I'm sure it'd be useful for large documents or pages. The thumb buttons are quite useful; I'm on Linux so I had to manually configure them (Logitech hasn't release a Linux version of the config software yet), but that wasn't too hard (just Google it, you'll find config files from others); I set the thumb wheel to control volume up/down, the thumb buttons to go forward and backward a track in my playlist, and the big thumb button for pause/play. This alone is cool, but because the mouse has a 10m wireless range I can unplug it and take it across the room to my couch or bed or whatever and control the computer from there quite easily, which is great for movies and such. It's like having a remote control. My only complaint is that plugging the mouse in directly via cable doesn't seem to actually let you connect via cable; strangely you need to still connect via bluetooth; the cable is just for charging, and nothing else, apparently.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fantastic mouse (with a little kink)
Excellent fit for my hand which is quite large. The ability to customise every button with gesture mapping is fantastic (although I'm guessing very few people would do that to the left and right buttons), and the options available are almost limitless. The only problem I have with it right now is the bluetooth connection, which drops out way too often. I have yet to conclusively pinpoint the source of the problem, so it may still very well be a problem with my laptop. The Best!
Comfortable to hold and maneuver with easily configurable buttons to handle any task. Also works on any surface which is handy sometimes as I might use the pants of my leg in a vertical position or a clear plastic turntable lid or black glass console top, it doesn't miss a beat on any of these surfaces.
