Great yoke - follow the driver installation instructions carefully
Product is great - I am using it with MSFS2020. When using with Windows 11, use the Windows 10 drivers. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully during driver installation. The device needs to be unplugged when starting the installation, then part way through, you will be told to connect the yoke to the USB port.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is to revise last message in relating to screw missed were found in carton box corner after reopened n found. At last found use laptop then able to enter feedback not by phone. Sorry for this belated reply. anyway the products having difficulty to function with window 10 for fs9/fsx. even when connect two yoke only one light on. so still try to find solution to fixed.

Great for the price, however it can be perceived as cheap and too plastic.
The product works well for the price, however there are a few cons. The product feels more 'plasticy' than I had originally anticipated. The product also didn't offer a hard-copy installation manual which mean I had to find a manual online. Another con is that the yoke mount tends to pop upwards when pulling back on the yoke. I tried clamping it harder and placing heavy books on the rear of the yoke mount, but that didn't solve the issue. I'll most likely have to use velcro or blue stack to keep it grounded.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Amazing Flight Yoke system, well worth the cost.
This unit has everything in the box needed to set it all up in minutes. The unit is very robust although the mounts are plastic so care must be taken to not overtighten things. 64 Bit software was also an issue but one that was very easily solved, a quick search online found the 64 bit driver, same as the Saito version ( it could even be a rebadged unit ) installed and operated first time with no messy configuration needed. You do need to configure the controls for your flight Sim ( I use X-Plane 11.50 ) and a few of the default options were changed to make reaching and switching them easier. The throttle quadrant can be reconfigured to suit multiple engine aircraft ( using the throttle and prop pitch as throttles for a twin engined airliner ) and the availability of switches at your finger tips means Sim flying is much more enjoyable. All your configurations can be saved and reloaded to suit whichever aircraft you will be flying very easily. This unit is also the base for many other flight sim modules such as radios, engine instruments, switch panels, navigation etc etc etc. All in all a very well priced and very easy to setup and use flight Yoke and Throttle Quadrant set.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great Flight Yoke/Throttle/Rudders for new flyers
Great flight yoke and rudders for a starting setup, they work great and the software making it easy to setup multiple modes for most buttons is great for a complicated flight sim, Finding the software was a bit of trouble as they do not come with a software CD anymore, but with a little searching you can find the right ones, there are two drivers you need one for the yoke and throttle quadrant, and one for the rudder pedals.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Ups and downs from a 2 year ownership
For the most part from when i got it it worked and was alot of fun about 8 months in some of the switches on the top stopped working and now only 4 buttons on yoke work and the lcd screens is not functional but the light comes on if the yoke is in a certain spot.
