Haven't used it much but it seems OK. It is hard to keep the temperature under 140C once everything is hot, but I knew that. Need a longer time than an oven, probably 8 to 10 hours but wit good woodchips the smoke flavour is great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great starter smoker.
Arrived quickly and packed well. Had a small dent in the top and some of the paint came off the front panel in the corner. Cooked a brisket point perfectly and ribs also perfectly. Even smoked a whole chicken which was so juicy. Easy to assemble and cleaning is easy. The size is great for a small area and kept the temperature fine. Just watch the flame doesn't go out in strong winds. I moved it to a more protected part of the pergola and flame stayed solid.
