    Excellent Value

This is definitely excellent value, Im very surprised how well made it is for what it cost, Very easy to set up and start, as soon as its running you can tell its got plenty of power there to do all the line trimming and cutting you have. All the spares that come with it are well made and easy to add, it just takes a minute to change the blades, I recommend this to everyone you will not be disappointed. Exceptional Value and Quality.

  • Top critical review

overall it is an ok machine

plenty of power, a really good machine, the only faults are with the first of the same was the fuel tank cracked, the recoil starter cord snapped which cut itself through where it comes out of the recoil starter, also some of the screws holding the starter and fuel tank became loose and lost, After every fuel refill it was nessasary to retighten screws however in operation it handled heavy tussex /reeds and generalfarm work.

  • Great product, great value!

Very good product for the money; starts easily, and with 65cc it has lots of power. A bit confusing with the 5 different blades, as there is no explanation of the difference between the 'brush cutter' blades; there's 4 different types but no explanation of what each one is specifically used for?!? Everything else is great with this unit.

  • You get what you paid for

For the price you will get good value. The brush cutter is strong and will easily cut heavy undergrowth but it is very heavy and the handles are far to wide for working in heavy brush. The guard fell off after about 20 minutes. It was held on by a single pop rivet in place of the usual two bolts or screws. The choke assembly tends to fall off if bumped against the undergrowth so I tape mine in place with gaffer tape. The choke knob tends to turn back to the choke position so you need to regularly adjust this. Can be very difficult to start - just will not crank (is there a decompression valve?). Other times very easy to start. I also have the pole saw and hedge trimmer but carry lots of spare parts so I am happy with the value for money. To balance out the problems with the product Edisons do provide excellent service.

  • Great workhorse, economical on fuel, but too heavy for a 1 shoulder strap

Very easy to assemble. With the 2 arms it is easy to control. The only drawback with this unit is that it weighs 12+Kg and there is only a single thin strap for a shoulder support.

  • Power to weight ratio, fantastic, easy to use light powerful.

For 65cc it has the power to cut through the heaviest grass , easy to start, gets the job done

  • Don't buy brand names when you can get better quality for a fraction of the cost !!

Have been buying brushcutters and chainsaws off this company for yers now. I live on acreage so they get well and truly abused . They start every time and never fault me. The quality and price are amazing .

  • Only buy to use once

I bought this and used it once. Tried to finish the job, didn't start - the pull cord did not retract. I got suckered into this with the features but really it's a cheap product that is not designed to last. It taught me to not buy cheap stuff if you want to get the job done. I would only recommend to buy this if you want to use once of twice, but it's a waste of money really - better to put towards something that would last.

  • High functioning brush cutter

Best investment that I have made. The brush cutter function/ blades are functional and good quality. My only criticism is that the shaft is a little too long making the machine hard to handle and unwieldy. Starts first time and plenty of power.

  • The best value brush cutter yet

What a weapon. It flattened my mum's 400 sq meter yard ,that was 3 feet high with weeds in less than an hour. Super easy to start and an amazing selection of blades that could remove a limb (Tree or person) in a flash. Note of caution ... Check that all the nuts and bolts etc are tight before use, especially the guard. My only criticism is the shoulder strap. I mean fair dinkum, It is as uncomfortable as half a dozen bindys in clark rubber gumboot and needs to be wider or better yet... a harness. I suggest with a fraction the money you save on this baby you could go buy your own and save your mates the pain of listening to you go on and on about it. summery.. This unit is a winner in my books, a far cry from the crappy mowers Baumr-AG brought out a few years ago. I reckon the QC team must have put in a lot of over time and it has paid off. Despite still not being the best quality brush cutter on the market it is definitely the best value brush cutter on the market by a country mile... Tips and tricks for keeping it like new.......Don"t lend it to your brother...
