The species of L Reuteri in these tabs is a highly recommended probiotic for GIT health. This is a trusted quality brand. I use them to make a delicious yoghurt - this is not recommended by Bio-Practica but many people disregard this as it is felt that as they havn't actually tested them for this purpose they are covering themselves.
