TERRIFIC!
I was a bit sceptical and put off purchasing this little amp, worried it might not be loud enough for what I want. Boy was I wrong about that. It seems to have plenty of punch for those smaller gigs, and certainly loud enough to get me kicked outta my unit lols The onboard effects are full range and good, and the buttons for vocal clarity and guitar enhance seem to work ok, (of course they won't make you sound great if you can't sing or play well already), and my LRBaggs session pedal certainly cleaned up the guitar sound even further. Overall I'm so happy with my initial jam's on it, I've just ordered the rechargeable battery pack which will make my new kit portable and play anywhereable too. The addition of the balanced DI out socket is a great idea, and I can plug this straight into my big PA and I'm looking forward to doing that, and also going live on Instagram at some point soon from the TRRS output jack. So basically, Blackstar has done good. I love Blackstar amps, and this has not let me down so far, is better than I expected, and a great addition to my Blackstar family. If you were to ask me, I'd tell you to buy one, it won't deafen you, but it will make you smile, cheers
