The LEGO Modular Creator Expert Town Hall set (10224) is fully built but I consider it 99.99% complete as far as part inventory goes. On occasion I had to use some LEGO brand replacement parts specifically on the roof plates. Includes all Minifigures plus 7 additional minifigures for a full wedding party! Released in 2012, this set is part of the Modular Creator Expert theme. No box. No instruction manual. Manual can be found online at Lego.com.
