Excellent quality with a matching pricetag
This is a wonderful laptop that has long list of useful features. The touchbar is not as groundbreaking as one would imagine, and it requires some upgrades/modifications to be a standout feature. The scream has great resolution. A full charge from 1% usually takes around 2.5 hours. Given the 15 inch screen size and the added touchbar, the battery life is still very good. I was able to get nearly 12 hours at half brightness while creating some powerpoints, word docs, and browsing. It has very small profile for being a 15 inch laptop and its one of my favorite aspects of this device. it weighs very slightly more than my 13 inch macbook pro, but feels much lighter because the weight is spread out. The whole USB-C ports only thing is inconvenient for someone who frequently uses wired connections. For me, it has not caused any inconveniences to this point. In fact, I am happy with the choice for usb-c due to its reverse compatibility with basically any type and generation of wired connection. The transfer speeds are incredible (if you other device is capable of it; most of mine are not.) the laptop is superfast (for almost all non IT folks). My bootup time is right at 25 to 26 seconds (from being completely off to the home screen after entering password). Also, there is a fingerprint sensor which can be used to approve apple pay transactions, login from sleep, and for the password required when making changes that require admin credentials. the key-board is "recessed." It takes some adjustment, but it ends up being a great feature. I dont have to click so far down to type and it doesn't make as much noise when typing. overall, this is a great laptop. The only downside is the pricetag. Even for an apple product, this product is over priced.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

It’s PERFECT
I love this besides the right speaker not working (which doesn’t bother me because I’ll mostly be using my Dr beats headphones with this MacBook) the MacBook Pro itself is in new prefect condition which impressed me since it stated that it might have little scratches but I don’t see absolutely any dents or scratches on it at all....it’s very slick and heavy/light weight and SO shiny and brand new....it also works smoothly and fast and definitely faster than any laptop or computer I’ve ever been on.

The new MacBook is great!! It is faster than the old one. I had a 13" but the 15" I got is great. You hardly have to touch the keyboard to type. I love the touch pad, its like I'm typing on my iPhone instead of a laptop. It is easy to transfer information from your old laptop to your new old. Great tool for coding/programming.
I didn't expect to like the touchbar but it's grown on me. It's convenient suggestions and access to emojis is great for working with programs like Slack and other Instant Messaging apps. Occasionally there is a loud popping noise that seems to be related to the touch bar, but it hasn't caused any other performance issues.
