    Quality and value

    I purchased this product for my partner. I already have the professional Bissell carpet and upholstery cleaner. My partner was very impressed on how easy it was to assemble and use. It took him only one hour to clean all of his carpets. To have them done professionally, it would have been double the purchase price of the Bissell cleaner. It has paid for itself in one use.

    Not suitable for cut pile carpet, only suitable for flat carpet

    Having the option to switch off the brush roller, not suitable to use this carpet cleaner on cut pile carpet because it strips parts of the carpet clogging up the roller and ruining the carpet

    Brilliant Carpet cleaner

    This is a fantastic steam cleaner, used it on our sitting room carpet which is a very good quality wool laid 4 years ago. I have two dogs and a messy partner who have well and truly christened it. It cleaned beyond my expectations! The good points first, it cleaned up (I had cleaned up but still had medium marks) red wine, port, coca cola, coffee. Absolutely blown away. It is easy to use, you do not have to empty it every time its finished the fresh washing liquid. The negative is my carpet is 3mx3m I had to fill it twice, Its not able to go right up to the edge of the carpet. These are minor issues compared to the finished results. Well worth the money.
