    Solid performing LG V20

This phone was received in excellant condition and appeared almost brand new. So far no issues and the dreaded battery that everyone likes to talk about gets me through whole day. I am not a heavy user and would fall in the category of light to moderate user. No complaints in the battery segment so far. It came with a charger and i get up to 50% charge in about 30 mins. I am considering getting a extended battery just to see how much longer this phone can last me. The only one issue was the speaker and I think it could be better but not a big deal. Secondary screen has not been utilized so far but I can see how it might be useful in ways. Front camera could be better for selfie crowd but main camera is pretty good. Slowly learning the tricks of it. I came from LG G3 which I loved to V20 and it took couple of days to adjust to the handling of the bigger size.

    Sprint HIJACKS the phone.

When a company says a phone is unlocked, check to see what the original carrier was, as they do all sorts of things to HIJACK the phones so they're almost completely inoperable. It's true what they say about the glass on the back of the camera. My phone didn't drop. I put it in a case in my purse. Open it up and voila..the glass was broken. The camera is still useable and takes good pics, but I always wonder for how long and what happens if it should get wet. I like the replaceable battery, but the time the old one takes to be inoperable is a couple of hours..at best. Sprint keeps trying to hijack the phone too..so when I shut it down..it tried to update its software..and I'm not on Sprint, but apparently Sprint can't figure that out. I'm not even on a similar network. :(

  • Smooth Operator V20

I've had this phone about two months now and for the price it's a great phone. The phone had one scratch at the bottom the screen was in excellent condition. Battery life is workable considering the screen size. I love the ability to swap battery in less than 20 seconds and back to 100%. I don't play games but for everyday applications the V20 has never locked up. I also read that the V20 will get (Pie) in August of 2019. For the price the V20 is a great value. The onboard Dac is very good especially if your able to run a good set if headphones through them. The only con I had with this phone is the camera in low light applications. The camera is good but I could never achieve the quality that I've read others rave about. I give this phone 9 out of 10 and that's only because the camera. The shots sre great in daylight and still to be desired in darker settings. Great phone and make sure you get a case and screen protector as the phone is bigger than most but I have big hands so it's perfect in that area as well. :)

  • Good in overall but Not perfect.

I have more than 100 apps installed but I am not using them all at the same time. But compare to Mogo g5s plus I previously used, Its battery life is shorter. It does not even last a day. Overall performance is good. Camera shot button respond a little slow. I also used LG G4 before. This version is developed in many ways but I see there are more things to be enhanced. I also noticed there is shadow stain sometimes on the edge of the screen, It does not bother that much but I thought there were some damage on the screen in the beginning.

  • Great phone with a powerful camera.

Very good and reliable phone with very good camera. Last one got messed up when I installed a third party camera/facial app. It messed up my camera/camera app. Otherwise it is a great phone. Awesome memory and memory expansion capability. The camera has lots of features such as wide angle, manual adjustments to zoom, shutter speed, white balance, etc., HD features, good low light, and other cool features. Lots of options since this is an android based phone.

  • Very good phone with lots of memory

This phone replaced an LG Stylo ll. It is faster, brighter, and has a lot more memory. It was purchased as an "Unlocked GSM phone" and it was as advertised. This phone did come in very good condition. However I did have to go to my local Cricket corporate store to have it installed on the Cricket carrier with my SIM card. I couldn't do this myself. But that's not a deal breaker in any way. Overall quite satisfied with my purchase of the LG V20. The screen is pretty nice and bright, but I look forward to the next upgrade to the OLED super bright screen. I wish LG would enable the charging port to utilize it for a mini USB thumb drive for copying photos and docs. But for now this phone was a very good upgrade from the Stylo ll.

  • Great battery life

I'm really beginning to love this phone, its kind of big for my small hand but its still manageable. I like the double tap to open & don't have to completely open to turn on my audiobook. I like the fingerprint reader. The battery life is better then anything I've had so far. With little use it lasted me 3 days. I did give it maybe an hour boost while downloading from my computer. I thought the 2nd screen would ware on the battery but it doesn't seem to much. I chose this phone for the battery and the camera, which I have yet to try out. I like that it came with few pre loaded apps, leaving me room to add what I wanted.

  • A Nice phone but Lacking:

It's an alright looking phone, I like the metal back. It's very slippery in the hand, so be careful. The fingerprint unlock is novel and simple to use. One can't speak a text right out of the box because there is no speaker button to tap in messages. I suppose I'll need to download another qwerty board with that feature. I would have expected a more sophisticated phone from LG as their Flagship phone for 2017. I was moving from a Samsung Galaxy Note3 that came out in 2012 I believe. It's still twice the phone that this LG is right out of the box.The lesson here is, if you want a Quality experience with everything one needs or wants right out of the box; best to pay a little more and get the Samsung. This phone will be fine as a transition phone while the Samsung 9 and 10 prices drop.

  • Works Great

The phone works beautifully. The phone have scuffs here and there but, the screen have no scratches. I put on a phone case and looks brand new. The battery life may look bad but, after full charge and running a battery test. It lasted a lot longer than the battery life expected.

  • Great Purchase

I bought an LG V20 US996 Unlocked. This phone has a great screen and a unique "second" screen that gives access to quick toggles, app shortcuts, etc., and for notifications. The phone is thin but sturdy thanks to it's aluminum body. And unlike many flagship phones, this one has a removable battery. Replacements are inexpensive and if you're a heavy user it's easy to carry a spare. It also charges very rapidly so a quick 15-20 minute top-off goes a long way. Would recommend the V20 to anyone looking for a great phone without the ridiculous cost of a newer flagship.
