Unit is easy to operate. Highly recommend you read the instructions for use will certainly reduce your frustrations. When selecting cooking style you will need to cycle through the whole selection list to get what the cooking type you want and if you push the selection button one to many times, you will have to cycle right through to your selection again. Paper products are available to cook your food in to reduce the clean up required The French doors are not soft closing. they will crash shut if not closed by holding one door handle. On warm days a much better option to use than the home oven, they heat up quickly and also cool down quite quickly. If you are reheating some foods that have already been cooked keep an eye on them as they will dry out very quickly if you use to high heat setting.
