I love it
Everything is of great quality and I’m happy to have purchased this. I’ve been needing a proper controller because Joycons/Joycon Controller, isn’t very practical for every game. I’m not sure if this was brand new, but the box was dented in the back a little. The packaging was perfect -bubble wrap incasing the controller which was also in a wrap of its own. I got to the controller and nothing was wrong with it. To my surprise the controller had some battery life when I started playing with the buttons. The grip of the controller exceeds my PS4 controller, or any controller I’ve layed hands on. I feel like I can hold it in my hands for hours. The buttons feel a tiny bit stiff but that’s expected of new controllers. The charger it comes with was stiff too for some reason. The analogs are very satisfying and angelic. The button layouts near the center are weird, but it’s similar to the joy-cons. It’s like taking an Xbox controller and a Joy-con controller and making them one. I don’t know how long the battery lasts on a full charge(~40 hours - impressive), but I have a power bank. It’s great that it’s a controller with a rechargeable integrated (lithium ion) battery, and not the “individual batteries not included” bs. Another thing with this switch controller, is that you can play with it whether it’s plugged into the docked or not. I’ve found no input lag as well. It’s a good controller, I think it’s the best one I’ve ever bought for the price without it being used.

Counterfeit - NOT RECOMMENDED :(
The product is NOT original. Differences with the original are trying to be passed as "japanese version". The quality is good and it works in general, but there are some issues: the vibration is noisy and too much, and the buttons are too clicky and a bit loose (if you shake the controller slightly you hear them moving on their place). To be an unofficial non-nintendo made, it's a good controller. The problem here is that it's being marketed as original. Considering it's not original, it's an expensive controller. Similar controllers are cheaper, and original ones can be found in Sams or Costco for around 70 USD. NOT RECOMMENDED :(Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

BEST CONTROLLER EVERRRRR!
Ok so for people who are looking for the real official pro controller, this is the one! this is not a cheap knockoff. its made by Nintendo! so i love this thing! the rumble is amazing, its design is awesome, and its nice and comfy to use! so when i first got it I wouldn't say it drifted but the joysticks were in the wrong order, so my avatar was walking on his one but not from drift, BUT easy fix! all i did was calibrate control sticks and now it is perfect! no drift, no bad stuff! its brand new and worth the 60 dollars! Feels more like what I am used too!
Nintendo wireless Pro Controller feels more like an Xbox or PS4 controller as far as size, handling, comfortability! That thing that comes with the Switch console is awkward and feels too small and buttons out of place. However that being said, my wife likes it do to the fact that it is small and fits her small hands better! Well worth the money.
Lots of times when you pay more for a brand name item the extra money just gets you the name, not a better product but not in this case. The actual Nintendo Switch Pro controller's quality is very apparent when you use it. I bought a generic off brand a few weeks before and was not happy with the feel and function, so I bought this one. Best controller I have ever used
I am very happy with this controller, it is incredibly comfortable and useful. I have never heard of the amiibo feature but not at all interested in it, seems like it’s for kids. But after using ps4, Xbox and other brands of controllers for Pc gaming I can say this controller slays. I wish there was a way Steam could wirelessly recognize the controller, one other complaint is that the controllers select and back button are incredibly difficult to re-bind on PC (at least using Steam software) but for the Switch this controller is flawless.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Pretty good
I saw a lot of reviews that were complaining that their controller came with some scratches, and I just wanted to clear up that the description says that it might have scratches on it and stuff like that. Other than that tho, the controller works as good as a brand new controller. I wish it did come in a better condition box but that's something very minor to complain about. World class controller!
If you can afford this pro controller, it is totally worth it. It has great look, a great feel in hand, and makes extended gaming sessions a breeze. I have three of these now for my four person family and will be buying 1 more soon. You can use this controller on the go as well, if you'd prefer to leave the joycons as eye candy. Other cheaper wireless controllers are out there and they are good. But those more often than not don't have the 'HD vibration' function, the gyroscopic control(the motion control) , or NFC capability which gives you the ability to utilize your amiibo through the pro controller. The former 2 are required for some in game functionality. That's what makes the pro controller a complete package. They are beginning to pop up a bit cheaper than the $70 they originally retailed at (I got my 3rd one for $56) but are completely worth getting if you plan on playing the Switch alot.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
