Lightweight with great features
Really happy with this vacuum! Love how light weight it is and easy-on-the-body to use! The suction is great and tho my house accumulates a LOT of dust and dog hair, I have not had to run it on Turbo yet, so the run time has been just fine. My only frustration has been that the dog hair managed to clog up the filter and the pipe at one point and cut the suction off. It was easy to realize what was going on and fix the problem clog, but I was surprised that it even happened. Perhaps I didnt empty the dustbin fast enough and it overflowed into the other areas - but I had only been using the vacuum for a very short time since the last dumping when it happened. Well? Kinda disappointed...
I wasn't expecting to have to clean: When I unboxed this vacuum trash was falling out. I had to wash the filters, empty the canister, clean the soft brush and also the other one. NO user manual included. LIKE 'NEW'? Tested for allergens? Good grief.. The GOOD NEWS is that it works! WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO GIVE UP FOR FEATURES YOU DON'T CURRENTLY HAVE ON YOUR VACUUM?
I set the bar very high when making the decision to purchase this product as I have enjoyed my Dyson handheld for a few years...but there was something missing for that price that I was not willing to simply ignore. Shark had the claims to do what my Dyson did not, it goes beyond where others go to make sure it cleans edges at before now I had to use my handvac to make that happen. This would have been wonderful if it was sold with 2 batteries that were both able to hold a charge longer. Also, my final complaint is that I thought nothing would wrap around the brushes, yet I must continuously unravel the brush. This is a problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Quicker and easier
Going cordless makes quick pick- up jobs so easy. The battery usually only lasts about 30 minutes, which is long enough to do the job. Maneuvering is extremely easy. Amazing little vacuum!!!
I have been skeptical about cordless vacuums but really wanted one to attack dog hair on a daily basis. Well, this one removes dog hair better than my corded Dyson ball animal vacuum. This vacuum works well. It is light weight and easy to use. It is easy to dump out the dirt but the container is quite small. Also, I like to clean my vacuum and filters every time I use it and the container is hard to wash out. You are not supposed to put it in water so I am just careful when I fill it with water to clean it out. I bought an extra battery so I have two batteries. Awesome Vacuum
This vacuum cleaner is great I think it picked up dirt I didn't even know I had. Very good maneuverability gets under low places. I am disabled and I have to use a mobility scooter to get around the house. With this Vacuum I can actually vacuum while on my scooter it so light. Very good easy storage too. Nice Vacuum
Pros: light weight, maneuverable, ease of changing heads or tools is great. Suction is more than I expected. Carpet / Brush head really brings the nap up on the carpet (I have on older Dyson corded vac, this one outperforms in on carpeting). Bare floor attachment is wonderful, and the mini-brush head is great too! All power heads having direct drive make a big positive difference on the system's performance. Cons: really not very good for dusting due to rigidity of the system, capacity of the dirt bin is limited, battery life is limited (30 minutes goes by in a hurry!). Finger can get a bit sore from holding the trigger down constantly (not due to pressure, but due to a somewhat uncomfortable position of the trigger). Wall mount unit does not hold all the attachments / tools. Concerns: I have doubts about this machine's ability to last for many years. A lot of plastic - which isn't a problem in itself - I'm an old-school guy - so for me metal is usually better than plastic. Good But Not Perfect
Strong suction in carpet mode but not great in hardwood floor mode. Doesn't seem to suck in anything from the side. Must go directly over it. Still easy to use and love the flex stick that bends so I can easily vacuum under tables and chairs. Vacuum cup container is much too small.
