Good Bose Product
It is lightweight but there are others ones out there that are lighter. It is comfortable but there are others out there that are more comfortable. The sound is good but there are others out there that have better sound but not very many. It really does have good ANC active noise control but not as good as Bose QC25 or 35. The earbuds don't cover as much around the ear and sound leaks through making the passive noise control inferior to Bose QC25 or 35. However, when compared to lesser breads of earbud passive control this model and brand is probably the best there is.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

BOSE needs to remanufacture this 2017 with updated 2023 features
Biggest reason I only gave these headphones 3 stars: You can't use them while charging!!!!! How ridiculous is that??? I didn't realize that these were manufactured in 2017 so the technology is old. Hey it's 2023. Bose, where's the update to address this? Otherwise, I love the neckband feature and the sound is good so I'm keeping them for lack of a better option. The neckband is so lightweight and comfortable that you almost forget they're on. I really like that I can remove one or both earbuds whenever I need to without having to put them somewhere. I was constantly misplacing my last set if they didn't immediately make it to their charging case. The operating features are easy to use. The app could be better. The charging cord should be longer. The silicone earbud covers are uncomfortable, none of them fit me properly. I've figured out how to float them just above but not inside the ear canal to make them work for me. Maybe this is how they are meant to be seated but I think the noise cancelling feature won't work as intended in an airplane with jet engine noise. Great sound, lightweight and comfortable headphones.
I like these headphones a lot; however the noise cancelling feature isn’t great. There is a noise canceling button to adjust the amount of the noise cancelling feature. Perfectly Designed

I’m very pleased with this purchase. It arrived in timely fashion and was as described with photos. It does everything I need except it does not do directional sound (but those are Bose Hearphones model w gold colored buds - these are black). They fit exactly the same, and easy to use buttons. The battery does not last as long as I wanted, but I just plug them in after long phone calls so they are ready. This is a problem with all Hearphones - especially since they are several years old. Reliability issues but very comfy and excellent sound
I've had reliability issues; I'm on my 3rd version in the past 4 years.* The first one stopped charging; the second one mic stopped working and then had intermittent (horrible) amp noise in the left ear. I get occasional complaints about the quality of the mic on calls. That said, they are super comfortable, have great battery life, sound very good (audiophiles don't @ me), and have extremely reliable connectivity. There's a reason I keep replacing them rather than switching to another product. Bose Quiet Control 30
I like these headphone because they have noise canceling and sound really great. Of course, sound quality is subjective. But they work well for me. I had a pair that broke at the jack. They lasted about 4 years. So this is my second pair. These are refurbed because the price is a bit high. Still, they are like new. If it actually performed all functions I'd give it a 5.. Sound was great, it was easy to use. It was my second purchase of the product. The first, from a private party, only worked randomly, but had promise, hence my choice of a factory renewed item. Except a couple of its features didn't work either so I returned that one too. Great for yard work and airplanes
I’ve used my Bose QC 30 for about 4 years. It works great for riding on my lawn tractor. And airplane lights. I’ve been fairly abusive to it with dust and dirt and sweat. It has started to come apart around the neckband. I bought a replacement on eBay for ‘cheap’. I’m keeping the old one strictly for yard work until it totally bites the dust. Highly recommended. Long battery life. Comfortable ear tips that stay in all the time. The neck band is very pliable for sleeping comfort in your chair. Bose = BEST
COMFORT: I was somewhat skeptical about the comfort the the style ear plugs... wrong! Very comfortable. Now if you wear the for hours on end, as with any type of ear plug, it might get uncomfortable. SOUND: I’ve tried and bought several different brands of Bluetooth earplugs. N-O-T-H-I-N-G compares. I’ve heard sounds in music I’ve listened to a hundred times. It’s like a new song all over again. PRICE: Well, it’s like the old saying goes. You get what you pay for. The Bose QuietControl30 is definitely the most expensive earplugs I’ve purchased. But, well worth the cost if the best sound is paramount. PHONE CONNECTION: The set of Bluetooth plugs I purchased before the Bose wear okay for sound quality.
