Overall review, no carrying pouch.
The headphones price is very good. The sound quality is amazing. The application that you can download on your phone lets you customize how you want them to sound and OH MY GOD THEY SOUND AMAZING. The noise cancelling is pretty good. Its good for if you are on an airplane and dont like the sound. It does best at cancelling non human made sounds... in other words if someone was speaking to you you wouldnt be able to understand them but you could still hear them speak. My pair didnt come with a carrying case which I hope isnt a thing for everyone. The box was a bit damaged but hey.. who cares if the headpphones are amazing. The only other problem I have with these other than no carrying pouch is the comfort. Im gonna be honest here. These headphones are for people with really small ears because the compress your ears and you will be relieved after taking them off. You do get used to it so it isnt a super big deal and you could always buy a pair of replacement ones that are bigger and wider. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY THESE FOR PC GAMING OR FOR A LAPTOP AT ALL. THEY DONT COME WITH THE SOUND FEATURES AND MUSIC SOUNDS EXACTLY THE SAME AS A PAIR OF 40 DOLLAR HEADPHONES BY HYPERX. Good but not as good as the WH-1000MX2's
Don't get me wrong. These headphones are good, but not as good as the Sony WH-1000MX2's. But this is just MY opinion. I have purchased many different headphones in the past and own quite a few of them so I know what I like, what I expect my music and movies to sound like through them. The 1000MX2's have a much better soundstage and are louder. They are just nicer in every way except that the WH-H900N's are nicer looking and the ear cups are larger which I find feel more comfortable. But the sound quality of the MX2,... WOW!!! If you are struggling about which headphones to get I would suggest, hands down, the WH-1000MX2's, no question about it. (I had the 900N's but the fast forward, rewind touch mechanism stopped working on them so I returned them and for less than a hundred dollars more I purchased the MX2's and am so glad the 900N's became faulty because I would have never known that the MX2's would be SO MUCH BETTER)!!!!!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Solid for the price
If you can get these for around $100 no more than $130-$150 then they're a steal. Pros: excellent features. Sound quality for the price is perfect. They are very fun sounding headphones, great bass, mids and instrumental separation makes these shine beyond there price range for sure. Cons: earpads could be bigger and more importantly deeper. If you have large ears or ears that stick out far(being serious) your ear will hit the driver be wary of this. Soundstage is just average. Its the most noticeable detriment to the sound quality. Basically these would not be the best choice for gaming. But if your not into that and not picky like me, you won't notice. Tldr: great buy for the $100ish price. Large ears beware shallow earpads. Best overall in the price range for normal listeners
These are a really nice set of cans. They are not the best in noise cancelling or overall sound, those cost $400. These are the ones that do the best overall at an appropriate cost for the day to day user that enjoys music. It’s not for audiophiles and if you’re looking at these you already know that and discussing sound quality is a little beside the point other than to say they sound good overall. Still, compared to the Bose QC25 these are much sturdier, you can feel that from the weight of these and the fit. While sturdier is good, they are heavier than the QC 25 by a noticeable difference and the fit is much tighter. That last thing takes a little getting used to since you can feel it on your ears and over the top of your head. The microphone is good and no complaints from people on calls. They do tend to pick up a lot of wind noise when outside despite the noise-cancelling for wind noise working really well. The battery life is amazing and they will last me through two days on a single charge. They also charge pretty quick as advertised. They just added a Google Assistant feature where you can activate it through pressing the NC button on the headset. If that’s important to you it’s there and it works. Amazing sound on low budget
Not only are these headphones a great value because of the feature set, but it's sound is incredible. The first time I heard Sony headphones, I was blown away; these are no exception. Wonderful for the price
Love the headphones, the features are great and the active noise canceling works pretty decently. The sound quality is very good and I love listening to them. They are pretty lightweight and I can wear them for hours without getting any fatigue. Great sound, acceptable noise cancelling
Great sound and features. Nice controls for allowing ambient in when you want to hear what is happening at work etc. Battery lasts a long time Very comfortable. App controls of connections etc very nice to have. Sound Cancelling not as good as my Bose QC 25 But with music playing you don't really notice. Excellent headphones
These are my first ANC headphones and please find my review more relevant for an average user. The build quality of the headphones is very good. The material used feels very reach and premium. The design of ear cups is comfortable for me but some people may find it little tight. Touch controls on the right ear cup are very smooth and responsive. Sound quality is very good with solid bass. I played all different types of music and found the performance of the headphones up to the mark. I tested these headphones in flight and to my surprise the did a commendable job of reducing almost 90% of engine noice. Battery life is amazing and connecting to phone is very easy. The mobile app is also smooth and have all essential functions. Overall, I would recommend these headphones.
