Terrific Watch but Not Perfect
The watch looks great and feels great. It keeps track of activities and sleep extremely well. It has a lot of useful apps and information such as weather, email, Samsung Pay, Galaxy Store, Phone/Text, music, calendar and more. Overall, I think it's a terrific watch and I'm very happy with my purchase. Cons: The vibration is annoying, even on the lowest setting (I turned mine off). It loses contact with the Wi-Fi at times and vibrates even with that setting turned off. It drains the battery REAL fast and takes a LONG time to charge. I had to adjust the settings down real low to slow it's battery draining so I wasn't having to charge it EVERY day. Lastly, it doesn't intuitively know when you're sleeping and when you're awake (unlike Santa). I told it a real wide range of sleeping hours (like 10pm to 11am) so it wouldn't annoy me while I was asleep at random times, but yet it wasn't figuring it out. The only way around this is to turn on its "Goodnight Mode". That works perfectly, but YOU have to remember to turn it on and off. Good watch, when it gets charged which is almost never
The watch itself works well when it is charged. The charger that came with it does not charge it 90% of the time. It has to sit on it exactly perfectly, and then after charging all night it only gets to around 40% charged. Love my Galaxy watch. Great assortment of watch faces for every mood/occasion. I consider it my workout coach and the Samsung health app and features are great. Absolutely love my watch. Better than expected
This was a great purchase. The features of the watch abound. I really like the bright colors. The rotating bezel was a genius idea. In also owning an iPhone watch, I now prefer the galaxy. We had some older Android watches and decided to upgrade to a new one. We got a good deal on theses and went with Galaxy watch. I can not say enough on how much we like this watch. Came Back to the Galaxy Watch
I have to say this....for a woman the watch might be a bit too big. It is thicker than the fitness watches (apple, fitbit) and the smallest size is 42mm. But I came back after trying all of the others. It is more of a tech watch with fitness capabilities instead of a fitness watch with less tech features. The dial in this model isnt as stiff as the previous model and you can scan through your prioritized apps with ease. Read messages (and reply), read emails (and reply), answer your phone from your watch (how cool is that?). Dick Tracy would be so JEALOUS! And of course, keep track of all your fitness activities. Watch freezes up.
I like the watch fine but have had to send in to Samsung for repair already. Once or twice a day the watch freezes up. JUst do a restart and it is fine untill the next time. Tried to remidy by changing several settings and doing a HARD reset....no avail. Samsung sent me a return label and I am ecpecting the watch back in a day or 2. In looking on the internet....this seems to be a known issue with the watch as several people have listed the same issue. The simple remidy of just restarting the watch make the issue more of an annowance than anything. I would still recommend the watch and would still buy it again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice watch
The watch is comfortable to wear. It is very accurate recording sleep time and other activities. Ability to add or delete features is nice. The battery is easy to charge but doesn't last long. Functional and fairly attractive
This is a very useful addition to my Galaxy Note 9. Phone quality is better than expected and allowed me to take an important call while on a ladder doing yard work. Works seamlessly with Samsung Health as a tracker. Like many watches of this kind it's on the thick side but otherwise looks good.
