Works for Me.
Started with a teaspoon. The label has table spoon on it. But this is for my pain to try to take the edge off, so I can stop using over the counter meds. I have tried this product as recommended on label. I have taken it orally, tried to cook stir fry with it at low heat, and tried to mix it with 3 different salad dressings. It just tastes awful and leaves a terrible oily after taste, therefore I would not recommend it to anyone! The My Daily Choice Brand is much better tasting, works fairly well, but it is quite a bit higher price! I purchased it to try to help with my arthritis, gout, and fibromyalgia pain.
