The rolling stand is a bit taller than standard counter-top level but is ergonomically comfortable for cutting/chopping & food preparation. It is very sturdy, rolls easily & has wheel locks. Have used for two months, daily, so decided to not fold after each use. The butcher block is attractive. Additionally, it was very easy to assemble, about 30 minutes.
