Better Than Expected But Needs Improvements
The integrated mesh technology makes using multiple routers as wireless access points for one network simple. Truly better than expected. Linksys offers an app for iOS and Android to manage the mesh network from anywhere with an internet connection. I can also still manage it from a traditional web GUI. However, these are not good routers for users who want web filters/parental controls. Rather than block entire websites/categories for all devices, users have to block websites for each device on a list. Every time a site needs blocked, a user has to add it to a list that applies only to one device. If I have 10 devices to filter, then I have to add the site to 10 different lists which is unnecessary as my prior setup allowed network wide web filtering. Other than that, the trade offs have been well worth the increases in speed and coverage. I bought two of these to cover the whole house upstairs and downstairs and have not lost internet once since. No more range extenders and multiple network names needed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Runs DD-WRT well
Bought this router explicitly because it runs DD-WRT. It's a missing a few Wifi 6 features (like 160MHz channels) but it's got a good processor, plenty of RAM, and plenty of storage.
