Fantastic
Love Dyson hand held vacs. Had one for over 12 years. This will be my second upgrade as I wanted a bigger vac with long lasting battery. It’s a bit heavier than the old models which is to be expected, and the suction is amazing- which makes it more of a work out when vacuuming carpet, but smooth sailing on hard floors. Best vacume if you have pets (we ahve 3 WGS). Heaps of power and lots of room in the bin.
Best vacuum cleaner ever! We have the older V7 which is excellent except the bin is too small and the battery does not last long enough. With three White German Shepards, the house looks like a snowstorm. The V11 Outsize leaves no fur behind, even on rugs which the V7 had very little chance. The battery lasts a good 45 minutes on Auto and it's easy to switch to Max power when needed. The bin holds so much more than our V7, I only need to empty it once per session. Only had one battery although online reviews said it came with two batteries and chargers. That could be an Australia SKU. Not sure why it's called the Pro, I could not find what the difference is.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
