The best picture, I have ever seen.
I went to the Regent Picture Show, in Cessnock, 1955, to watch this picture. As soon as Bill Hayley & the Comets, started singing, Rock around the Clock, us kids, started to try & dance on the seats. Got kicked out by the manager. It has take 68 years for me, to watch this picture. I have watched it, 7 times. The best picture, I have ever seen. Very happy now.

Blackboard Jungle - Compelling Viewing
This story from the fifties is very thought provoking & it was very well acted. At the time this movie was first shown, it caused much contoversy & highlighted problems of the youth at that time. Unfortunately, these problems still exist today & no one knows how to overcome them.
