Classic SteelSeries Quality and Performance
This headset was a big upgrade from my Arctis 1 wireless. SteelSeries makes a great line of headsets and the Pro Wireless takes everything fans love about their products to the next level. Being able to control chat mix and other audio settings on the base station is really handy and makes for a great customizable experience that keeps you from hopping out to your desktop or title screen to tweak audio settings. Swappable batteries with real time charge status on the base station have been a nice feature to have as well. If you are an audiophile and you put a lot of emphasis on your audio experience when it comes to your gaming sessions than this headsets for you. I get a great range of audio that rivals my Sennheisers I use for mixing and mastering audio. But let me clarify, these are definitely a gaming and music listening headset first. I don’t think I would recommend you use them outside of the occasional recreational audio mixing and mastering. SteelSeries definitely delivered a great headset that is deserving of the “Pro” model name. The only reason I didn’t give this headset a perfect rating is the high price tag and lack of premium features and perks you’d expect from something a top of the line product typically offers. Don’t get me wrong this is a great headset that will outperform all the headsets in the SteelSeries lineup. Great Value with Minor Concessions
The headset didn't come with the Transceiver Power Cord or Pop Filter, both come included in the Arctis Pro Wireless package when buying new, but I think the exclusion of these two parts was worth the $100 I saved. For those wondering, you can still power the Transceiver with the USB accessory that is included in this package. The package also came with minor cosmetic damage on the Arctis and its Transceiver, but this is expected with refurbished products and doesn't affect the headset's performance. Speaking of performance; These things are great! I love how they sound, and you can customize them to perfection with the software provided on the SteelSeries website. Don't regret this purchase at all! Amazing sound! How about an instruction manual?
Surround sound is terrific when hooked up to PS4. Chatmix is fantastic feature. Simple documentation is lacking, so it took awhile to figure out proper setup. Headband adjustability is just ok. Great Headset with fantastic sound!!
Been looking at getting a second headset to backup my aging Astro A50s!! These are a solid pair of headphones.. The quality is incredible and with the help of the engine 3 app just gives you more to do!! These also work with the goxlr as I’m a content creator so they go from the line in to the back of the mixer and I get great audio as well. Best headset available
I have been using mine for the past month and have loved everything about them. The extra battery takes away the anxiety of not having a charge, the sound is great, they fit comfortably for hours at a time. I really don’t have anything negative to say except for the MSRP. One the of best gaming headset available that's also great for media. Great sound, wide sound stage, high build quality and it come with 2 batteries so you never run out of juice. The ability to connect to the pc and cell phone at the same ensures you won't miss a call while gsming. Has a basestation with built in equalizer so you can tweak the sound to your liking even on a ps4 pro. Highly recommended if the price doesn"t turn you away. 100% Worth the price
Buying refurbished items can be sketchy but this seems like the best deal I've made this month. The headset did not come in its original packaging but it came just like new. The only downside was that the base station did have a few scuffs but it was expected. The sound is terrific and outperforms my old HyperX Cloud Alphas vastly. If you're someone looking to buy a headset and have ~$250 lying around, I cannot recommend these enough. *Came with all the original components and setup was easy. 10/10 will buy another pair when it becomes available again.

Was overdue for an upgrade. Being able to Bluetooth my phone to my headset while I game is really cool. Because I can also game on my phone and use my headset for that as well, and play shows on my PS4 and listen to both simultaneously. Amazing sound quality.
