Good reliable product
I have owned previous Miele top model vaccum cleaner with higher output . In addition , I bought this Miele after extensive research online. Conclusion , this Miele cats &dogs totally out performs other brands with the added benefit of being bagless. The key is the technologically advanced vaccum head which totally compensates for the slightly lower power output . Not to shabby
Very happy with the vacuum a little heavy to lift but easy to pull, hair tends to wrap around the turbo head brush as it’s only fairly new I think this may become an issue in the future as there is already a build up but this seems to happen with all brands we have had. The only minor design hitch I can see, so far, are the narrow bends in the vacuum cleaner itself, which can easily clog if picking up excessive hair and/or grass fragments. Best vacuum ever
I have 3 cats and 1 dog and I have always had Dyson vacuums which I thought use to be good but mine was 10 years old and it was taking hours to vacuum the house. After reading very poor reviews on the new Dysons I decided to try the new Miele for animals, it is the absolute best thing I ever brought, I can vacuum the whole house in less than half the time and it picks up more hair than my Dyson ever did. I suggest that everyone buy one. They are practically indestructible as they have always been too, where as my Dyson use to get damaged over time with the cheap plastic parts cracking or breaking.
