It actually works
I installed on a old window and since then the temperature of the room is much better. The problem is that , obviously the airflow is gone and you will need to find another way for room ventilation

Requires a lot of practice to get it right and not convinced it is effective.
This product requires a lot of practice for an effective and presentable application and I am not convinced it is effective in improving the the room temperatures.
