Nighthawk AX12 RAX200
I love this Router. Very high tech. Definitely up to date with today's needs. Has a great area coverage with strong signal strength. Running 17 connection's and all work flawless. I also game with the RAX200 and the 2.5 out to computer is a must for high speed transfer. I know speed in data transfer or gaming is what you want I highly recommend it. This is the best router I have ever owned.

Terrible Product Terrible Support
This is a terrible expensive product. Netgear did not make it compatible with their own extenders. Support is extremely bad. It took me over 5 hours on the phone and the answer was not straight forward. There are other better than Netgear. Don't make a mistake buying them or you'll be sorry.

Easy setup; great coverage: PD fast.
Sets up virtually by itself. Throw in a few passwords at it and you are ready to go. Took 4-5 minutes to replace old router. Coverage throuout our house, approx 3500 sq ft house is outstanding. Connects with Intel AX200 at 1.7 Gbps and with Broadcom BCM94360HMB at 1.3 Gbps. Wish it had been less expensive, but at least we are future-proofed for a while.

More than what I need for now.
Very fast with enough band width for home use. Unless one wants to go for WiFi 6E latest model. This is IMO better value for the money. Need some tweaking to best performance out of it tho.

Talking about range.... This thing covers my entire 2700 ft house and then in my yard by itself I have added an extender just to make the signal stronger but the signal can be picked up anywhere on its own
