Small village drama in the early days and onwards of World War 2.
World War 2 drama comes to a small English Village as the war begins and the younger population joins up. Some good characters here you can love or hate as both types are developed here. Home Fires is one of the best shows I have ever seen. I don't understand why the series didn't continue when it was so popular. You really get to know the people so we.
