    Quality product and simple to operate

    Takes a while to adjust the grind and burr setting to get the optimum espresso, but one you get the setting right (took 5 or 6 attempts) it makes a great espresso. Good temperature and gets up to pressure very quickly. Milk wand effective and easy to clean.

    Came with an 2 pin plug even though it’s a uk model, the jug was missing from the box and a couple of small dinks/scratches. Apart from that it was as described. All works well and we can enjoy good coffee again
